Advice to Employers regarding foreign employees and the abolition of 457 Visas

We provide assistance to employers seeking to sponsor foreign employees under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa which will come into effect in March of 2018, replacing 457 Visas.

Our services include assisting our clients to ensure their business meets the relevant requirements of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection each year.

We also provide advice to ensure that our clients comply with their obligations under various awards and industrial instruments including the correct payment of wages and entitlements. 

Migration review tribunals

We represent clients in applications for review of decision relating to visa refusal and cancellation, matters before the Refugee Review Tribunal, Migration Review Tribunal and Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

We also represent clients on appeal to the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
