ADVICE TO EMPLOYERS REGARDING foreign employees and the abolition of 457 VISAS

We provide assistance to employers seeking to sponsor foreign employees under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa which will come into effect in March of 2018, replacing 457 Visas. Our services include assisting our clients to ensure their business meets the relevant requirements of the Department of Immigration and Boarder Protection each year. We also provide advice to ensure that our clients comply with their obligations under various awards and industrial instruments including the correct payment of wages and entitlements.
